Prohibited behaviour

You agree to not use any part of r4fo.com (“Service” hereafter) to engage or facilitate any of the following activities:

Any activity deemed illegal under Dutch law
Interference with the Service’s operations, including but not limited to: spam, hacking, (D)DoS, and distribution of malware
Excessive usage of resources, including but not limited to: automated traffic (AI crawlers, scrapers, and “botting”)
Harassment of others, including but not limited to: hate speech
Commercial activities, unless explicitly permitted by the Operator

Violations may result in automated or manual restriction of access. The Service uses several tools to detect and block malicious behaviour. See the Privacy Policy for more information.

Third-party content

The Service operates as a proxy and does not host any content. All content is sourced from third-party platforms. The Operator is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any content provided by these platforms. To request removal of content, please contact the original platform directly.

No warranty

This Service is offered “as is” and without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

The Operator does not guarantee the reliability, accessibility, or quality of the Service. You agree that your use of the Service is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or service interruption — even if the Operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
