New instance: Degoog + Whoogle shutdown
Introducing Degoog, a new metasearch engine + shutting down Whoogle.
Privacy Services
Self-hosted Private Frontends. No ads. No tracking.
I am a student who cares deeply about privacy and is concerned about the surveillance practices of many companies these days. That's why I host private frontends for anyone to use.
All my services are free to use and sustained by donations.
My instances proxy your requests. You talk to my server and my server talks to the destination, the destination does not know who you are. The private frontends also remove ads and trackers.
My server does not log any requests. Since anyone can use these services, your activity is mixed with traffic from other users.
Of course you should not blindly trust anyone on the internet. Depending on your threat model, you may want to use a trusted VPN, Tor/I2P or even consider self-hosting these services.
